Day 2

Today is Saturday so I'm not doing my 40 min. Workouts. I did do some sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts and pushups though. So far so good on food as well. I did eat 2 Oreos and a little bit of popcorn yesterday but it was with in my calories for the day so it's fine. Also, I was very proud of myself last night. We were watching a show, actually about 4 episodes of the show and everyone was snacking and let me just say how bad I wanted to order a pizza, it is my absolute favorite food, especially on the weekends and even more when watching movies or shows in this case. Instead I went to the kitchen and got a carrot. :) yay me!
